Return / Replacement Policy:-
➢ We want your experience with us to be easy and hassle-free with more transparency. The general return / replacement policy is applicable to all products sold on NARSHINGBARI STORE. The return window is applicable for the below mentioned cases for 10 Days(Including Holidays) from the Date of Delivery.
➢ Basically we love to guaranteed 100% users satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the Product received due to above mentioned cause, You can easily Return / Replace or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. HOW TO COMPLAIN FOR RETURN / REPLACEMENT
➢ If any item received by users is different from the Ordered Item / Damaged Item, In such cases users need to Contact us immediately after receiving the Product for Easy Return / Replacement depends on the mentioned cases.

➢ While Lodging Your Complain you need to enter valid details like:
➢ Date of Order, Order ID.

➢ Video/ Images Which clearly shows the Product / Damaged Product Conditions with Packaging Details.
➢ After Receiving your E-mail, Our Backend team will validate the case in between 0-7 business days & guide you for next process if it is genuine.
➢ While Lodging Your Complain you need to enter valid details like:

➢ Video/ Images Which clearly shows the Product / Damaged Product Conditions with Packaging Details.

Way for successful Return / Replacement
➢ All items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging / boxes as delivered to you. Refer to instructions to return/replace items against your order. We may reject the return request / pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned. While lodging complain please mention the proper details with valid proofs for acceptance of Return / Replacement.
➢ All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care by you.
➢ In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier/logistic partner from our end, they will still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order. In such cases Refund will be initiated after proper validation of the case.
➢ Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will initiate refund within 3-5 business days.

Refund Policy:-
➢ Narshingbari Store validate products quality check after receiving the order. However, we DO honour requests for the refund on the following reasons:
➢ Different Item Received: Before Packaging/despatching any products for shipment we thoroughly validate everything in our warehouse & tested in 2 Step Process, Still In exceptional cases if you received any different item which was not ordered by you, In such cases REFUND / REPLACEMENT will be initiate without any Extra Charges.➢ Major defects: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before despatching it to Logistic Partners, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be reported directly through E-mail. The Sales Partner is allowed to validate the case after receiving complain from users end. If a defect/issues is verified due to our fault, a refund or replacement will be issued without any compensations or reimbursements or an alternative option, like a product replacement or a store credit will be offered.
➢ Product not-as-described: Such issues must be reported to us through E-mail within 10 days from the date of the delivery. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the product description page. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honoured.
